Sheridon is a Ph.D. student at Johns Hopkins University studying the history of medieval healthcare, especially reproductive healthcare. While completing her BS at Ohio State, she found JYI and deeply enjoyed the journal and what it had to offer. Though she later left the science path, she still has a passion for public communication of scientific and historical knowledge. In her free time, she loves volunteering with horses and children, spending time with her dog, Alice, and playing board games with friends.
