Adam Sychla is a senior at the Ohio State University. He is double majoring in Molecular Genetics and Physics with a minor in Mathematics. He is currently researching the regulation of three important cancer suppressors in the INK/ARF locus. He is also working on establishing the viability of a new assay for proving the presence of chromatin looping. After graduation, he plans to continue to graduate school for a PhD focusing on either synthetic biology or genetic therapy. Adam is a hobbyist soap maker, plays and designs board games, and explores the world by foot, bike, or car.
