“I am an undergraduate researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying neuroscience and psychology. My research focuses on using neuroimaging and data-driven approaches to better understand neurological conditions and improve clinical care. I am currently studying how sedation type and dose affect resting-state fMRI network detection in children with epilepsy, while also working on an AI-based neurology project that uses clinical data to improve the identification of rare neurodevelopmental conditions.”

“I will graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder in December 2026 with a degree in Strategic Communication while completing pre-medical coursework and pursuing a career in medicine. I currently work as an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Renske Lok’s cLOcK Lab, where our research focuses on sleep-wake patterns, circadian health, and light exposure in older adults. My current research is helping launch a clinical trial investigating whether personalized light therapy can reduce sleep-wake fragmentation and improve circadian stability in older adults with mild cognitive impairment.”

“I currently attend Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. I am majoring in Physiology with a minor in Chemistry. My current research in the Jadavji Laboratory explores the impact of vitamin B12 deficiencies on ischemic stroke outcomes with a mouse model. I am also working on studying the impact of age, genetic deficiencies in one-carbon metabolism, and hypoxia on climbing behavior in the Drosophila melanogaster model.”
