Mr. Joey Zhouyuan Li now is earning his Ph. D of Environmental Science at Tsinghua University in China. He has served as a bio Associate Editor at JYI for over 3 years and got promoted as the bio Research Editor by the end of 2015. He is an active young environmental science and ecology scholar and found his own lab, Joey Lab, leading and cooperating with a group of young investigators. With his academic endeavor, he won the Klaus Toepfer Environmental Scholarship by UNEP-Tongji IESD (2012), Tang Xiaoyan Environmental Innovation Scholarship by Peking University (2015), and National Scholarship for Graduate Students by the Ministry of Education of China (2015). He was invited to be reviewers for several international academic journals and the conferences. His current research interests basically include climate change, complexity science application in environmental systems, and biodiversity management.
