Jeff Chen graduated from UC Davis and is currently an IRTA research fellow at the National Institutes of Health.  Jeff joined JYI in 2010 as an Associate Editor in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences division.  Jeff also served as the Training Research Editor and guided all incoming editors in the manuscript review process.  Since then, Jeff has been involved in the executive board as the Director of the Science and Career Center.  Jeff enjoys being in the lab and ultimately hopes to enter academic medicine.  In his free time, Jeff enjoys running and cooking.
