This includes the development and maintenance of the Web site, Web servers, the Journal Management System (JMS), electronic systems, JYI email aliases, and the formatting of the journal contents for publication. The CTO oversees the non-article (non-journal) content and the design, layout, and graphics on the Web pages. The CTO also serves on JYI's Board of Directors, which directs the organization as a whole.
