BOD MemberProgram on Science and Global Security Ph.D.MR. R. SCOTT KEMP is a Ph.D. candidate in the Program on Science and Global Security at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He works on technical aspects of nuclear arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament. He was previously a Fulbright Scholar at the International Policy Institute in London (2003-2004) and a Research Associate for Science and National Security Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, New York (2002-2003), where he worked on international space-security policy. As an undergraduate, Scott studied experimental cosmology and served on the Executive Management of JYI for two years from 1999-2001, first as Chief Technical Officer, and then as Executive Director.
