Director
Tudor Cisu Director of the Career Center dcc@jyi.org
Tudor Cisu, originally from Romania and raised primarily in Syracuse, New York, has been with JYI since June of 2009. Currently a sophomore at the University of Virginia, Tudor will graduate in 2012 with a triple degree in Mathematics, Astronomy, and Human Biology. From his junior year in high school, Tudor has done research projects studying peptide translocation, cauda equina spinal repair, cardiac modeling, and most recently, mechanisms of atherosclerosis. Outside of school, work, and research, he spends his time playing Ultimate Frisbee, watching hockey, solving Rubik's cubes, and listening to Simon & Garfunkel. Tudor intends to pursue an MD/PhD degree in Molecular Pharmacology or Biochemistry after college, and hopefully a career in studying cardiovascular diseases thereafter.
Sanjit is currently a sophomore at Binghamton University and plans to
attend medical school upon completion of his undergraduate degree. His
interests include playing the guitar, traveling, soccer and
basketball.
Vidhya is currently doing her Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medicine and Research (JIPMER), India. She plans to specialise in maternal and child health upon completion of her undergraduate degree.
